Our Members are the most important part of Amida Care. Members like you have helped to make the Plan strong. By attending Member meetings, and sharing what services are most important to you, you have helped to shape our health plan so it works for you and other Members. Thank you!!

The most important thing you can do is communicate with Amida Care when you have question or an issue. Please call Member Services at 1-800-556-0689 whenever you have a question or a problem. Amida Care's regular business hours are Monday – Friday, from 9:00-5:00 pm. However, our toll free number is answered by an Amida Care Representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Getting the health care you need can be confusing and frustrating. We are here to help!!

Important Member Documents:

Amida Care has a large group of health Providers available for its Members. You can review our network of Primary Care Providers, specialists, hospitals, case managers, medical equipment, and other Providers in our Provider Directory. You can read it on-line or call Member Services to request a copy be mailed to you.

The Member Handbook is also an excellent place to find information about how the Plan works. You can review it on-line or request a copy by mail at any time by calling 1-800-556-0689.

All Amida Care Members should carry their Amida Care ID card and their Medicaid card. This is because Amida Care covers (pays for) certain services and Medicaid continues to pay for others. For example, Amida Care pays for doctor visits and hospitalizations. Medicaid pays for your medications and dental care. We made a Pictorial Benefit Chart that helps to explain who pays for what.
