This New York State PrEP Aware Week, raise awareness by sharing the innovative ‘My Body, My Life, My PrEP,’ campaign, which features a bilingual video series starring trans community advocates speaking about their lived experience using PrEP.

On Thursday, October 24, from 6 to 8 pm, Amida Care is sponsoring the NEW Pride Agenda’s special event My PrEP Campaign 2024: Meet the Models, a panel discussion event featuring the spokesmodels of the ‘My Body, My Life, My PrEP,’ campaign, discussing the importance of PrEP in their lives. Additionally, Amida Care is supporting New York Transgender Advocacy Group’s TGNCNB Health Panel, PrEP in Focus, on Wednesday, October 23, from 5:30 to 8 pm. Expert panelists will discuss the unique challenges and opportunities faced by transgender and gender non-conforming communities in accessing and utilizing PrEP as a vital tool in HIV prevention.
